It’s been nearly two years since the final episodes of Fuller House graced our Netflix accounts in November of 2019. But this week, cast members of the beloved spinoff series gave fans something to be excited about when they gathered together for an unofficial reunion.

Candace Cameron Bure, who plays DJ Tanner on both the original Full House series and the Netflix spinoff, took to Instagram Sunday to share photos with her “Fuller House Family.”

“I got to see my Fuller House family today and it made my heart SO HAPPY!!!” she captioned a series of photos with several of her former costars including, Michael Campion (Jackson Fuller), Elias Harger (Max Fuller), Juan Pablo Di Pace (Fernando), Soni Bringas (Ramona Gibbler) and John Brotherton (Matt Harmon).

“I love you all and miss you SO much.”

The Fuller House gang was gathered to celebrate the show’s creator, Jeff Franklin, who, according to the group’s different Instagram posts, is moving from New York to Miami. The reunion was part of his final celebration in the Big Apple.

The cheerful photos ignited a slew of fans sharing their hopes and dreams of a more formal reunion in the future—perhaps in the form of yet another spinoff type series.

As for Candace, who exchanges Marco Polos with costars Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber on the daily, she has only one hope for her Full House legacy:

“If I am forever known as D.J. Tanner and everyone’s big sister, I will be thrilled and happy.”
