Carrie Underwood Puts Hilarious Helium Twist on a Rendition of ‘Happy Birthday’ to Son Isaiah

Carrie Underwood is giving us all a good laugh this week with a special rendition of “Happy Birthday” for her son Isaiah.

The 35-year-old decided to put a little twist on the birthday classic, adding a puff of helium to the mix for good measure.

In a video Underwood’s husband, NHL star Mike Fisher posted on Instagram, the singer cradled their newborn baby boy, Jacob, as she sucked in the air from a yellow balloon, then serenaded her newly-4-year-old son. Her squeaky voice sent Isaiah and others in the room into a burst of giggles.

If anyone else on the planet sucks in a lungful of helium, you can expect it to sound silly. But leave it to Carrie Underwood to show off her killer pipes, despite the squeaky side effects of the gas.

Underwood posted her own photos of Isaiah’s party, sharing snaps of Isaiah’s awesome Kermit cake, courtesy of her best friend, Ivy Childers.

“Isaiah loves the Muppets and his favorite movie right now is ‘Muppets Most Wanted,’” she wrote on Instagram. “He wanted a ‘most dangerous frog’ cake and he most certainly got one!”

Underwood and Fisher aren’t the only celebrity parents celebrating their kids’ birthday this week. Just yesterday For Every Mom brought you the hilarious embarrassment Jennifer Garner put her son through this past week at his 7th birthday party.

Staying on theme with How to Train Your Dragon, Garner emerged totally decked out as the movie’s female viking warrior, Astrid. But her son Samuel was not about his mom’s costume!

Whether they’re reminding us that celebrity moms are just as clueless as we are, or blowing us away with their mad helium skills, we just can’t get enough of these mamas doing what they do best: loving their babes the only way they know how.
