Quarantine parenting is not for the faint of heart.

Who are we kidding? Quarantine parenting is not for ANYBODY. This is like a sick science experiment to see who can last the longest. Spoiler alert: It’s not I, my friends. Not I.

Another mom who is just trying to survive this whole parenting through a pandemic thing is Kristen Bell.

The Good Place actress has been very candid about her time in self-isolation, revealing to Katie Couric that she and husband Dax Shepard have been “at each other’s throats.”

This week, Kristen gave fans yet another glimpse into their quarantine life, sharing a photo of her daughter’s first “opinion essay,” in which she identified “How My Mommy Reacts to Me.”

Here’s a hint: after several weeks in the house together, Lincoln’s opinion of her mom’s reactions are not exactly high praise.

“Trying to get my 1st grader to write her first opinion essay, and was quite impressed with the topic she chose as she presented her grid with opinion and evidence,” Kristen wrote on Instagram, sharing a photo of her daughter Lincoln’s argument.

Each of the four quadrants listed one of the ways Lincoln perceives her mom’s quarantine parenting style: Bad reactions, no patience, stern voice, and doesn’t believe me.

“Touche my young lass. Touche.” Kristen wrote.

One thing is certain, you can test a mom’s sanity, but you can’t take away her sense of humor. Props to Kristen for taking Lincoln’s criticism like a champ, and reminding all of us mamas that we are not alone in this struggle!
