“When it’s 50/50 whether you’re born [alive] or not,” Jason explains, “by the world’s standards, it’s ‘the child is not worth it.'”
Rejecting abortion, the Ramos’ began to pray, and enlist their loved ones to pray as well, that Darcy would be healed, and that she would be born alive so they could meet and love her outside of the womb. Soon, communities around the world began to pray for them. The Ramos’ were overwhelmed by the love and support from total strangers.
Little by little, miracles began happening. Cysts that were on Darcy’s brain and other internal organs disappeared, the Ramoses began to have hope that they WOULD meet their daughter in this world.
