5 Things On the Internet That Are More Interesting Than Melania Trump’s Speech Debacle

Hey fellow Americans! Less than 4 months until the election! I’m not a fan of 100% of the viable candidates, and I’m already OVER them trashing each other. And regardless of who you do or don’t support, I think we can ALL agree that Melania Trump’s purported plagiarization of Michelle Obama’s 2008 Democratic Convention speech at last night’s Republican Convention is pretty much THE MOST BORING STORY EVER TO TAKE OVER OUR ENTIRE NEWSFEEDS IN ONE DAY. So, because I love you, allow me to offer up some more tasty alternatives. Don’t look at THAT on the internet today! Look at THIS instead!

1. Simon C. Holland’s entire Twitter feed

SERIOULSY, this guy is the funniest parent on Twitter! Just read a few, laugh yourself silly, come back here, and say, “Thank you Jenny.” and I will say, “You’re welcome!”

2. Michelle Obama going “Full Beyoncé” with James Corden.

Nope, I didn’t vote for her husband EITHER but this is HILARIOUS and I can’t wait to see the full thing tomorrow!!!

3. Celeste Barber’s Instagram. She mocks ridiculous celebrity pics with her regular old AWESOMENESS and it’s kind of the best ever. See?

4. Studio C’s BOP IT EXTREME Sketch

If you don’t know who Studio C is, allow me to introduce you to the FUNNIEST MORMONS AROUND! These BYU students have a hilarious sketch comedy channel on YouTube and since they are good Mormons, it’s CLEAN! My kids love it, and my husband and I do too. This is one of my FAVES. If you’ve ever played with or been annoyed by a Bop-It, you will LOVE it.

5.My 91-year-old grandma.

Yes, I wrote a story on the internet about my 91-year-old grandma and it’s WAY more interesting that Melania Trump’s plagiarism. And you can find it RIGHT HERE.

All right, that’s what I got for you, my friends. I hope you enjoyed and were distracted from the political craziness for a minute or two!
