Rory Feek Shares Uplifting Photo of Joey Feek Out of Bed Playing With Baby Indiana

Country duo Joey and Rory, also known as husband and wife Joey and Rory Feek, shared a heartwarming moment in Joey’s cancer battle this weekend on their Facebook page. Friday, he posted this darling photo of Joey, who is in hospice care, “out of bed” and teaching some sign language to their 21-month-old daughter Indiana. Joey, who had been unable to get out of bed for several days, is glowing and looking so very happy to be sharing this moment with her precious girl.

It’s 60 and sunny outside today and even brighter inside.. Joey’s out of bed teaching signs to Indy on the floor.

The Feeks have touched the world over with their bravery during Joey’s fight with terminal cervical cancer. She was first diagnosed in 2014, not long after Indiana’s birth.

Last week the family had more good news, when the duo learned their song “If I Needed You”, the soundtrack to a touching video of Indiana’s birth, has been nominated for a Grammy award. Rory has said in past blog posts on his blog This Life I Live that he and Joey are still praying for a miracle, and that they will have peace with whatever God decides will happen.

I’m so thankful that the Feeks are using this difficult time to praise the Lord and tell others about Him! Their faith is truly remarkable. Joey and Rory, we are all praying for you, and we’re so thankful that you shared this beautiful moment of hope with us!
