Rushed to the Hospital After Her Wedding, This Bride Had to Fight Leukemia for Her Happily Ever After

Jenny Barth was diagnosed with Leukemia just three weeks before her wedding. Hospitalized and suffering with pain, Jenny’s doctor asked how important this “wedding thing” was.

Jenny’s response? “It’s a once in a lifetime event.”

She knew if she had only a short time to live, she wanted to marry the man of her dreams. Though she had to sit in a wheelchair, Jenny was still able to marry Gary in the big ceremony they had planned. However, she feeling terrible, she was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance immediately following the ceremony.
