Taylor Swift Just Donated $50,000 to an 11-Year-Old Fan With Leukemia

11-year-old Naomi Oakes found out just a couple of weeks ago that she is in a fight for her life with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. A dedicated “Swiftie” – a.k.a Taylor Swift fan, Naomi chose Swift’s song “Bad Blood” as a fitting fight song in her battle with leukemia. Her family even made this awesome “Bad Blood” video to inspire others to join Naomi’s support team – and to hopefully catch the attention of Swift herself.

Naomi was super-bummed that because she cannot leave the hospital for the entire 6-9 month course of her treatment, she has to miss the August 18th Taylor Swift concert which was her Christmas present.

However, Taylor Swift herself MORE than made up for that disappointment by making a WHOPPING $50,000 donation to Naomi’s GoFundMe page to help pay her her treatments!!!

Here’s a video of Naomi’s epic reaction to the donation and personal message from Swift:

If you’re not a Swiftie yet, people, it’s time to get on board! She CARES for her fans! Her message to Naomi said: “To the beautiful and brave Naomi, I’m sorry you have to miss it, but there will always be more concerts. Let’s focus on getting you feeling better. I’m sending the biggest hugs to you and your family.”

Naomi, we know you can win this fight, and you and your family are in our prayers! Thank you for inspiring us!
