It’s just another example of how women can do no right in the world’s eyes. We are judged if we go to work even though we have children at home. We are judged if we stay home with the children. We are judged if we have no children or never marry. The truth is God has called all of us to different things, and in most cases we will be judged for following that calling.
Friends, let me encourage you as Elizabeth encouraged those who read her blog post. She wrote it not to complain about the insurance agents words, but to encourage her readers to follow God’s calling no matter what. She says:
No matter what God has specifically called you to in your daily service to Him – please allow me to whisper this word of encouragement to you today,

She’s 100% right. Even if the world views you as BASIC, God always views you as top-of-the-line. You my dears, are simply the best model available with all the bells and whistles, to do the task that God has set before you. And you’ll never be left alone on the side of the road broken down— at least not without the best Mechanic you could ever ask for. The one who designed that masterpiece on wheels in the first place.
So take note, World: Moms are priceless. Treat them and insure them accordingly.
