Verizon is Offering Customers a Full Year of Disney+ For Free

As if we needed any other reason to be more stoked about the newest streaming platform Disney+, Verizon just went ahead and gave it to us, literally.

The cellular giant announced Tuesday that new and existing customers are eligible to subscribe to the upcoming streaming service FOR FREE for an entire year.

The initiative, creatively coined “Disney+ on Us” will be available when streaming launches on November 12. To take advantage of the free subscription offer, you’ll need a new Fios Home Internet or 5G Home Internet plan, or an Unlimited plan. This goes for all new and existing customers.

After the full year is up, the subscription will switch to its normal $6.99 a month, which is basically like the cost of a boujee cup of coffee for all of the Disney magic your heart could ever desire.

It’s all part of Verizon’s commitment to provide the best premium content available.

In a statement to TechCrunch, Verizon Chairman and CEO Hans Vestberg says, “Giving Verizon customers an unprecedented offer and access to Disney+ on the platform of their choice is yet another example of our commitment to provide the best premium content available through key partnerships on behalf of our customers.”

Still not sure about making the switch? It’s all good, you can still sign up for Disney+ for just $6.99 a month and start streaming on November 12 by visiting disneyplus.com.

They also have options for a yearly subscription at $69.99 (a savings of just over $1/month), or bundle and save with Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ subscriptions all for just $12.99/month.

I currently pay $12 JUST for Hulu, so this is the DEFINITION of a steal.

The streaming giant really is the best stories in the world, all in one place.
