I know as moms we often pray for our kids (as we should) but I like to think of this exercise as almost praying out loud -pouring what we know about them to be true as well as our hopes dream for them out with words that they can hear and see—and repeat back to themselves. My son loves it when we do this together (and he likes to say nice things back to me, too!) and the girls in the video look like they are loving these affirmations from dad as well. I think if we all tried this, we’d have a whole slew of confident kids. What do you think?
