She also said, “I am bringing this home to the 40 employees who work at Bitty & Beau’s because they are my heroes.”

I cannot imagine the celebration that will happen in that coffee shop today!

I am beyond thrilled that Wright received this prestigious award. Advocating for people with disabilities is a passion of mine as well. Wright’s success simply proves two things to me: 1) People with disabilities will shine if given the chance to use their ABILITIES, and 2) if you don’t like the world you are living in, you should go out and CHANGE it. Oh, and one more thing…MOMS can solve ANY problem they put their mind to fixing!

Amy Wright, you are MOM GOALS, and your employees and your kids are an inspiration…and remarkable, beautiful people, just the way they were created to be.

Now, who wants to road trip to North Carolina with me to go have coffee at Bitty & Beau’s and support this amazing business?

Watch’s Wright’s tear-jearking acceptance speech below!
