A Kidnapper Grabbed Her Sister. She and Her Girl Gang Fought Back

As the Dollar General was closed, the group ran as fast as they could to an open restaurant a block away, where someone called 911.

Millington, Michigan police officer Jason Oliver told the news station that  the girls “did exactly what they should have done. They took fight instead of flight and they stuck together. They fought off their attacker and they won.”

The Eickhoff sisters told ABC 12 that their dad told them to fight back in a situation where their lives were in danger. GIRL POWER!! Way to go girls, and way to go to the parents who prepared them to face this unthinkable situation!

After the 911 call was placed, a police officer quickly picked up 22-year-old Bruce Hipkins and charged him with the assault on the girls. I don’t normally like to feature the faces of these attackers, so as not to give them any recognition at all, but in this case I have to make an exception because…his mug shot prominently features coffee stains from the hot coffee Lauren Eickoff hurled at him.  #BOOM

Hipkins has been charged with four felonies and a misdemeanor, according to a statement from Tuscola County Prosecuting Attorney Mark Reene.
He faces charges of kidnapping and unlawful imprisonment, as well as two charges of criminal sexual conduct and assault and battery, according to the statement.
He is in the Tuscola County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
I have a feeling with the same brave girls that fought him off testifying against him, that would-be kidnapper Hipkins will be convicted. I am certainly praying that it will be so.
Moms and dads, let these four brave girls teach us a lesson! We need to teach our girls AND boys how to fight back if they are attacked. If they don’t know what to do in this kind of situation, it’s on us!
