In this house we get in trouble before school. Usually for fighting with our siblings. Not always, but probably more than we should.

In this house we make and look like messes. Not always, but probably more than we should.

In this house we use a plethora of electronics. Not always, but probably more than we should.

In this house we order takeout. Not always, but probably more than we should.

In this house we eat on the floor, picnic-style, in front of the TV. Not always, but probably more than we should.

In this house we’re usually rushing to be on time. Not always, but probably more than we should.

In this house we bicker and yell. Not always, but probably more than we should.

In this house we joke and sprinkle sarcasm on almost everything. Not always, but probably more than we should.

In this house we do things different than you do in yours, and that’s okay.

Because in this house we love.

Always. More than we should.
