5 Tips for Keeping Your Child *Safely* Hydrated This School Year

With back-to-school season upon us, it’s important for us parents to know the best tips and tricks for keeping our kids safely hydrated throughout the new school year.

According to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, children should drink at least 6 to 8 cups of water per day to stay hydrated. But the quality of the water a child consumes is equally as important as the quantity.
