I love writing! I've been working on the craft since I was six, when I would use the discarded scraps of paper from my dad's office to write and illustrate stories. I ventured into the world of PR and marketing as an adult, but continue to turn my endless daydreams into stories as often as I can. In between a full-time job, chauffeuring kids and shopping for high heels, I spend my time asking my husband to pretend he's a character in whatever story I'm drafting to figure out how the plotline should go (I believe I probably enjoy this more than he does). I love Chicago, the Cubs, and the ballet, watching my kids' activities, volunteering, spreading awareness of brain cancer, eating mint chocolate chip ice cream, and taking my hubby on date nights.
