To the Kids Praying at the School Flag Pole

Stand tall at the pole tomorrow, friends. You may not feel like it, but you are heroes of the faith. If you receive taunts or criticisms, count them ALL joy. It means your faith in Christ and your LOVE for your fellow students is being seen and noticed. It is making an IMPACT. You may never know the impact until you reach heaven, but you don’t need to. Give it to God, and walk forward in faith.

See You at the Pole is just one day, but let it be the spark you need to talk about your Savior in school EVERY day. And my dears, keep God’s word CLOSE to your heart and in your hands. When you are confused, scared, or have questions about how to live your faith, look NO further than the Bible. God truly did leave us an amazing gift when He gave us that book. Follow up See You at the Pole with Bring Your Bible to School Day on October 5th. And then maybe just leave a copy in your backpack or your locker so that you’ve always got it close by. Celebrate the religious freedom we have in our country by clinging to God’s word no matter where you are.

As a mom, I am so proud of ALL of you for loving your school and your fellow students enough to ask God to be present with you all every day. You ARE making a difference, and I can’t wait until we ALL understand the impact one day.

In Christ,

Jenny
