On Millennials and the Gospel of Love

Empathy
Acceptance for “other”
Altruism
Mindfulness
Compassion
Open-mindedness
Sincerity
Understanding
Fortitude
Kindness

Whether these young people are church goers, believers, or not, the way I see it, each of these qualities align with living the gospel of LOVE.

My daughter and all my kids happen to have a love for Jesus that would make many of you weep. But what I’m saying is that whether young people have put their faith in any religion or not, I think the generation behind us “just gets it”…”It” being the real purpose we’re all here on this earth which is love and relationship.

This young crowd doesn’t see other people for what makes them different or separate other people by the labels society places on them. They just see people. Period. Meaning they’ve put their faith in ‘humanity,’ with love leading the way.

What a gift.
