3. I’m a better steward because of it
I used to let my pride of feeling like having someone else shop for me equated to me being lazy. But the more I plan my weeks around Walmart Pickup, the more I’m realizing that there is nothing lazy about it.
This is a convenience that has allowed me SO much more time with my family. I mean, HOURS every week. It’s lightened my load and taken the burden, removing something that causes me stress and anxiety, and replacing it with peace. I never realized how much anticipation I put into going to the grocery store. It never dawned on me how much of a toll the overwhelm of grocery store shelves have on me, weekly.
Walmart Pickup has allowed me the opportunity to steward both my time and my finances better than I ever could when I was going to the store with my lists. Here I thought I was in control of my time and my money, but week after week I was wasting away countless hours and spending money in places it hadn’t been allocated.
All of that to say, Walmart Pickup has dramatically changed my life. It’s strangely given me so much life and taken a burden off of me that I never knew I could unload. It’s my go-to convenience, and I have zero plans to go full-on grocery shopping ever again!
