We’re about 17 days into this social distancing quarantine, and it’s safe to say, cabin fever is VERY real my friends.
Thankfully, we’re not alone.
John Krasinski took to Facebook Sunday with a made up news broadcast called “SGN” or “Some Good News.”
The Office star went live from his home office, highlighting some good news from around the world after putting out a call for good news on Twitter last Wednesday.
Alright everybody, how about #SomeGoodNews ! Send me the stories that have made you feel good this week or the things that just made you smile!

“For years now, I’ve been wondering, ‘why is there not a TV show dedicated entirely to good news?’” Krasinski starts the 15 minute broadcast. “Well, desperately seeking my fix somewhere else, I reached out to all of you this week, asking, nay, begging, for some good news,” he continues. “And boy did you deliver.”
Over 3,000 comments and 1,000 retweets later, Krasinski had the makings of a news report featuring all the GOOD that’s happening around the world!
The actor says after reading the replies and the “incredibly heartwarming stories that came with them,” he couldn’t help but to share them.
